Benefits of Doing Business With Us 

  • Secure Records. Records are stored in an environment where temperature and humidity are controlled to safeguard records integrity.
  • Expedited Retrieval Service.
    • Standard requests for individual records or boxes received during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST), requiring no further action, will be prepared for shipping by close of the next business day. Requests received during non-business hours, requiring no further action, will be processed as received at 7:30 a.m. the next business day.
    • Emergency requests for individual records or boxes received on normal business days (Monday - Friday) by 12:00 noon CST, requiring no further action, will be made available for shipping by COB the same day. Requests received after 12:00 noon CST will be processed the next business day. Requests received during non-business hours, requiring no further action, will be processed on the next business day.
    • Multiple retrievals of 20 or more boxes at once shall require return of records to the customer by freight. Time frame process is dependent on the total number of boxes to be withdrawn and the carrier the customer selects to perform delivery. Records Center staff will work closely with the customer to meet required return deadlines.
